2017 NGA Student Internship Program Open Application

Applications will be accepted for the 2017 summer on www.intelligencecareers.gov/nga  February 1, 2016 -April 30, 2016 (click on 'STUDENT PROGRAMS' then scroll down to 'Internship Requirements.' Note the website states the deadline is Oct 10, the actual deadline date is April 30, 2016)

The Student Internship Program assists NGA in attracting and recruiting talented students with the goal to become the agency's future workforce. NGA hires exceptional students who bring value to specific work roles throughout their internship period, including summers and the academic year.

In order to be eligible a student must be:
        *A U.S. Citizen
        *At least 18 years old
        *Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
        *Enrolled in an accredited institution
                -At least half-time as defined by their educational institution
                -Currently enrolled in an associate, baccalaureate, graduate or post graduate degree
                -Align an NGA occupation and work role
                -Graduate no earlier than Fall 2017
